  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • grease from bacon (about 1/2 c.)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Long Horn cheese
  • 1 jar pimentos

Directions

    Bake in an oiled sheet cake pan in 375° to 400° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
