  • 1 small whole chicken, boiled and taken off bones
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 32 oz. salsa (any flavor)
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 bag flour tortillas, cut in strips
  • 1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Bring to a boil chicken, chicken broth, chicken soup and salsa.

    Layer like lasagna, 3 layers high, using tortillas.

    Put cheese on bottom and top layers.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
