  • 2 (1 lb.) cans or jars prepared mincemeat
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. raisins, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry flavoring
  • 2 crust pastry dough

Directions

    Mix mincemeat, apples, raisins and flavoring; pour into pie shell.

    Cover with top pastry.

    Bake in a 425° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
