- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. liquid from cooking vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Add onion to vegetables; cook halfway, according to directions.

2Drain, saving 1 cup liquid.

3Add liquid and soup to vegetables.

4Melt oleo; add stuffing mix to it.

5Put 1/2 of oleo and stuffing in the vegetable mixture.

6Put in casserole dish; top with the remaining oleo and stuffing.

7Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
