Mom'S Grape-Nuts Pudding

  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 c. Grape-Nuts
  • pinch of salt
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Heat 1 cup milk and pour over Grape-Nuts.

    Add sugar, salt, vanilla and eggs.

    Add 3 cups milk to mixture and stir.

    Sprinkle nutmeg on top once mixture has been poured into casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Pudding is done when tested and knife comes out clean.
