- 2 pieces Naan Bread
- 4 Tablespoons Pizza Sauce Or Tomato Sauce
- 3/4 pounds Fresh Mozzarella (if Available)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Brush one side of Naan bread with olive oil, and place the bread on a baking tray, oiled side down.

3Spoon 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each piece of Naan.

4Slice the fresh mozzarella into 1/4 inch-wide pieces, and place on top of sauce.

5(Note: shredded mozzarella can be easily used instead.)

6Place baking tray in oven for ten minutes, or until mozzarella is fully melted.

7You can play around with this recipe a lot.

8Sauteed vegetables go well on the dish, as does prosciutto and garlic.
