Naan Pizza

  • 2 pieces Naan Bread
  • 4 Tablespoons Pizza Sauce Or Tomato Sauce
  • 3/4 pounds Fresh Mozzarella (if Available)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Brush one side of Naan bread with olive oil, and place the bread on a baking tray, oiled side down.

    Spoon 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each piece of Naan.

    Slice the fresh mozzarella into 1/4 inch-wide pieces, and place on top of sauce.

    (Note: shredded mozzarella can be easily used instead.)

    Place baking tray in oven for ten minutes, or until mozzarella is fully melted.

    You can play around with this recipe a lot.

    Sauteed vegetables go well on the dish, as does prosciutto and garlic.
