  • 2 lb. frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter

    Defrost potatoes.

    Combine all ingredients except cornflakes. Put them on top.

    Bake at 275° for 60 minutes, uncovered in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
