- 1 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Defrost potatoes.

2Combine all ingredients except cornflakes. Put them on top.

3Bake at 275° for 60 minutes, uncovered in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
