  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 gal. cookies and cream ice cream

    Smash cookies into crumbs.

    Melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Freeze for 1 hour.

    Let ice cream soften.

    Place ice cream on top and sprinkle crumbs on top.
