- 1 c. sliced green beans
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. powdered chicken stock
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Chinese 5-Spice
Directions

1In skillet, heat oil and cook sliced green beans, cauliflower, carrots and onion.

2Combine sauce ingredients (water, chicken stock base, cornstarch and garlic powder).

3Add to cooked vegetables.

4Heat through until thickened.
