- 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, sliced
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, thinly sliced
Directions

1In bowl, combine corn, biscuit mix, egg, butter, sugar and milk; mix well.

2Turn half of batter into a well-greased 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.

3Cover with chilies, then cheese slices. Spread remaining batter over cheese.

4Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes, or until brown.
