"Pepperoni" Pizza

  • 1 10-oz package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 3 slices Canadian bacon, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

    Roll out the pizza dough and transfer to baking sheet.

    Spread the sauce evenly on pizza dough. Sprinkle on the mozzarella, then the Canadian bacon. Top with the parmesan.

    Bake about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown. Cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.
