- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1 c. dried lima beans, cooked and drained
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

3oil until golden; add cooked limas, tomatoes and seasonings.

4Cook 25 minutes covered over moderate heat.
