- 2 c. persimmons
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix persimmons, beaten eggs and milk together.

2Sift dry ingredients together and pour liquid mixture into them.

3Pour into shallow oiled pan to depth of 2-inches.

4Bake 1 hour at 350° or until done.

5When cool, cut into squares.
