  • 1 c. soft margarine (2 sticks)
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. flavoring
  • 2 1/2 c. sifted flour

Directions

    Mix margarine, sugar and flavoring until very creamy.

    Sift flour and salt together, then mix all the ingredients until the dough is like modeling clay (the dough is not sticky).

    Roll in waxed paper or put into fruit juice cans.

    Put in refrigerator for 24 hours.

    Slice thin and bake at 350° until slightly brown.
