- 10 potatoes mediums
- 1 1/2 cups ranch salad dressing Prepared
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pound bacon Sliced, Cooked and Crumbled, Divided
- chopped fresh chives
Directions

1Peel and quarter potatoes; place in a large saucepan or kettle and cover with water.

2Bring to a boil; cook until tender.

3Drain and transfer to a large bowl; mash (do not add milk, butter or seasoning).

4Add salad dressing and mix well.

5Add cheese, salt, pepper and half of the bacon.

6Spread evenly into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.

7Sprinkle with chives and remaining bacon.

8Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
