  • 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust (thawed)
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 3 egg whites, beaten

Directions

    Put sliced peaches in uncooked pie crust.

    Mix egg yolks, sugar, margarine and flour.
  3. 3
    Pour over peaches and bake at 325° until golden brown.

    Top with beaten egg whites, put back in oven and brown egg whites.
