- 1 can Mango (canned)
- 1 small pack Liquid yogurt
- 2 cubes Ice
- 15 grams Tapioca
- 1 as much (to taste) Pomelo
- 1 Simple syrup
Directions

1Remove the membrane of pomelo and break the flesh roughly.

2Our home grown pomelos are very sour.

3If its too sour, marinate the broken flesh with simple syrup.

4Boil the tapioca for 20 minutes, put it into a bowl of cold water and drain.

5Separate the mango fruit and the syrup from the can.

6Cut 2 pieces of the mango into an adequate size.

7Mix the cut mango, yogurt, ice cubes, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of the syrup with an electric mixer until it turns into smooth puree.

8Lay tapioca and mango in a bowl.Pour the mango puree on it.

9Top with pomelo.

10Grape fruits, hassaku, or hyuganatsu can be used instead of pomelo.
