  • 6 pork chops, breaded and browned in oil
  • 16 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/8 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice

Directions

    Place pork chops in a roasting pan.

    Mix tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and allspice.

    Simmer for 10 minutes in the pan that pork chops were browned in.

    Pour over chops in baking pan.

    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325°, depending on thickness of chops.
