- 6 pork chops, breaded and browned in oil
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/8 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
Directions

1Place pork chops in a roasting pan.

2Mix tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and allspice.

3Simmer for 10 minutes in the pan that pork chops were browned in.

4Pour over chops in baking pan.

5Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325°, depending on thickness of chops.
