- 8 slices bacon
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. cubed potatoes (2 medium)
- 1 c. water
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. (1 c.) dairy sour cream
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Saute onion in butter.

3Put all ingredients in a pan, except sour cream.

4Add crumbled bacon and cook until done.

5Do not drain potatoes.

6Add sour cream and let heat 5 to 10 minutes.

7Serve with crackers.
