  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns (Kroger's Southern style potatoes work fine)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)

Directions

    Place potatoes in bottom of casserole.
