- 3 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- your favorite filling
- 2 pkg. instant rising yeast
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 whole eggs
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in about 4 tablespoons warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar.

2Mix all of the other ingredients in a large bowl.

3Add yeast mixture; mix then place on board.

4Add a little flour and knead your dough until smooth.

5Divide dough into 3 equal balls. Roll each one out and fill with your favorite filling, nut raisin, apple or cherry.

6Roll up slowly with cloth.

7Place on cookie sheet.

8Let rise in warm place for about 1 hour.

9Melt butter and paint on top of Potica Strudel.

10Bake in a moderate oven at 325° for 15 minutes and then at 350° for an additional hour.
