  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Combine dry ingredients first, then add all other except pecans.

    Mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Top with pecans. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
