- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. raspberry jam
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
Directions

1Beat the margarine and brown sugar until fluffy. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Stir into butter mixture.

2Add oats and blend thoroughly.

3Press 2/3 over bottom of greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan.

4Mix jam and lemon rind.

5Spread evenly over bottom crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 crumb mixture.

6Pat lightly onto jam filling.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
