Raspberry Champagne

  • 12 cup framboise de bourgogne brandy
  • 12 cup brandy
  • 12 cup orange liqueur
  • 12 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 lemons, unpeeled
  • 5 oranges, unpeeled
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 6 (750 ml) bottles champagne, chilled

Directions

    Combine Framboise, Brandy, orange liquer, and sugar in a large container and shake/stir to dissolve sugar.

    Slice lemons and oranges and add to the container.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

    Into a chilled punch bowl place a large block of ice then add the chilled mixture and the raspberries.

    Carefully add the chilled champagne and serve at once.
