  • 2 cups rice (uncooked )
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup asiago cheese (grated )
  • 2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 3 12 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 lb ground beef (cooked )
  • 3 cooked peas, per ball
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    cook rice as per the box directions, add margarine,stir.

    Let cool before adding 3 eggs and all the cheese, mix completely.

    place in fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.

    Dust hand with bread crumbs and scoop out a hamburger sized portion of the rice mixture and press flat, with your thumb make a impression in the rice,take a teaspoon of the meat and place it in the hole along with 3 peas.

    Form into a ball about the size of a baseball,tightly packed.

    Roll in 2 eggs that been beaten well and roll in bread crumbs until completley covered.

    Squeeze tightly, let rest about 10 minute Heat oil to 350' and fry until golden.

    About 4-5 minute.
