- 300 grams Beef thigh, block meat
- 1 Fine salt, coarsely ground black pepper, and grated garlic
Directions

1Season generously with salt and pepper.

3Heat slowly in a frying pan with vegetable oil (and the fat of the beef), pressing down with a spatula as you grill.
