- 1 box chicken livers
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. buttermilk
- self-rising flour
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. mustard (Dijon hot)
- honey
Directions

1Wash and halve livers.

2Drain well.

3Put livers in buttermilk. Place 2 to 2 1/2 cups of flour in bag.

4Place livers in bag.

5Shake well.

6Preheat oven to 400°.

7Wrap each liver in a piece of bacon. (Cut bacon in half or thirds; make it long enough to go around livers.)

8Place wrapped liver on a broiler pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

9Bake livers 25 to 30 minutes at 400° or until bacon is crisp.
