Salmon Bisque

- 1 lb. can salmon (oil included)
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 4 Tbsp.butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Combine in blender salmon, tomatoes, onion, parsley and chicken stock.

2Simmer this for 20 minutes.

3In separate pan, melt butter.

4Add flour and stir in milk.

5Add salt and paprika.

6Add milk mixture to salmon mix once it's smooth and boiling.

7Do not let bisque boil.

8Makes 8 cups.
