  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Remove bone from salmon.

    Mash salmon in its own liquid and combine with other ingredients.

    Baked in shallow, 8 x 8-inch baking dish at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until firmly set and slightly puffy.
