- 4 oz. onions, diced
- 6 oz. sausage meat
- 3 oz. prosciutto, ground
- 1 lb. plum tomatoes
- 4 leaves sweet basil
- 4 hearts artichoke hearts
- 1 oz. Marsala wine
Directions

1Saute garlic and onions, then add sausage meat and wine and simmer five minutes.

2Add tomatoes and cook 20 minutes.

3Add all other items and simmer slowly for 5 minutes longer; serve on cooked pasta.
