- 1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
