  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
