- 1 medium to large head cabbage
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- about 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese (reserve 1/4 c. for topping)
Directions

1Cut cabbage into eighths.

2Add onion, salt and water.

3Cook together until tender; drain.

4Add other ingredients and put in large baking dish.

5Sprinkle cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

7You may substitute 1 can Cheddar cheese soup and sprinkle some cheese on top.
