  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can small English peas, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • bacon bits

    Layer vegetables in order given in a two-quart bowl.

    Spread mayonnaise over top; cover well.
