- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and halved
- 1/4 c. cream sherry
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
Directions

1Pour sherry over chicken and marinate at room temperature 1/2 hour, turning once or twice.

2Drain, reserving marinade.

3Pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Cook in margarine about 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
