  • 2 c. shrimp
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper

Directions

    Saute chopped vegetables in oil.

    Add tomato sauce and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

    Add shrimp, rice and seasoning.

    Pour into shallow baking dish.

    Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
