- 2 c. shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Saute chopped vegetables in oil.

2Add tomato sauce and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

3Add shrimp, rice and seasoning.

4Pour into shallow baking dish.

5Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
