  • 1 pkg. Morton's Tender Quick
  • 6 trout, cleaned with heads on

Directions

    Soak trout in Tender Quick solution 8 to 12 hours.

    Rinse thoroughly.

    Place trout on smoker and smoke for 3 hours or until done (fish will flake easily).

    Debone and serve with cream cheese and Ritz crackers.
