- 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
Directions

1In a blender add apple cider vinegar, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, cayenne and cumin and run blender on low for 3-4 minutes to incorporate seasonings. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate.

2Great on fish or chicken dishes. I have even used this condiment on potatoes. Delicious.
