  • 2 cans chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Combine margarine and cream cheese in microwave oven until soft. Combine with spinach, artichokes, black pepper and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
