- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 (1 5/8 oz.) pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
Directions

1Thaw spinach and press out liquid.

2Combine spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, water chestnuts and soup mix. Cover and chill several hours.

3Serve with crackers or chips or hollow out a round loaf of unsliced rye or pumpernickel bread and fill with dip.

4Cut up hollowed out bread to use as dippers.
