  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. cooked yellow squash, mashed and drained (5 to 6 small)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 grated carrot
  • salt, pepper and butter to taste
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Mix together all of the ingredients, except butter and dressing mix.

    Put 1/2 bag of dressing mix in bottom of buttered 2-quart casserole, then add the squash mixture.

    Top with rest of dressing mix.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake a 350° for 25 minutes.
