- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. cooked yellow squash, mashed and drained (5 to 6 small)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 grated carrot
- salt, pepper and butter to taste
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Mix together all of the ingredients, except butter and dressing mix.

2Put 1/2 bag of dressing mix in bottom of buttered 2-quart casserole, then add the squash mixture.

3Top with rest of dressing mix.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake a 350° for 25 minutes.
