- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 2 lb. squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small jar pimento
- 2 small onions, chopped
- herb flavored bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash until tender in salt water.

2Saute onions in part of the oleo; do not brown.

3Drain squash.

4Mix other ingredients. Grease baking dish with butter.

5Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

6Add the mixture and the squash.

7Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

8Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
