Sriracha Beef Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 zest of 1 lime
  • 1 juice from 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce

Directions

    Salt and pepper ground beef then brown in a skillet.

    Drain.

    In a small bowl mix fish sauce, Sriracha and water.
  4. 4
    Add Sriracha mixture to beef and cook on med/high heat, stirring until water has evaporated.

    (This will only take a minute)

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in zest of lime, lime juice, green onions and cilantro.

    Serve in lettuce leaves.

    This can easily be doubled to serve 4.
