Steak on Cuban bread

- 1 loaf eight inch long of Cuban bread
- 10 oz sliced steak your favorite
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tbsp butter toglaze the top of steak
Directions

1Cook the steak to your doneness set aside to rest.

2Add a tablespoon of butter to top of steak, try and coat the whole steak.

3Slice bread lengthways add margarine on both sliced sides.

4Put on a hot skillet toasting it.

5Add sliced steak add salt and pepper

6Serve hope you enjoy!
