Steak on Cuban bread

  • 1 loaf eight inch long of Cuban bread
  • 10 oz sliced steak your favorite
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp butter toglaze the top of steak

Directions

    Cook the steak to your doneness set aside to rest.

    Add a tablespoon of butter to top of steak, try and coat the whole steak.
  3. 3
    Slice bread lengthways add margarine on both sliced sides.
  4. 4
    Put on a hot skillet toasting it.
  5. 5
    Add sliced steak add salt and pepper
  6. 6
    Serve hope you enjoy!
