  • 4 c. strawberry halves
  • 1 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Directions

    Place strawberries in blender.

    Cover and blend until smooth. Microwave marshmallows and milk in large mixing bowl on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth when stirred, stirring after 1 minute. Gradually add strawberries to marshmallow mixture, beating until well blended.

    Blend in juice and peels.
