- 2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boneless
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
Directions

1Place ham and cheese slices on each breast half.

2Roll up chicken from narrow end.

3Secure with toothpicks.

4In skillet, heat oil and cook chicken for 10 minutes or until brown on all sides.

5Spoon off fat.

6Stir in remaining ingredients.

7Heat until boiling.

8Reduce heat to low.

9Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.

10Garnish with parsley, if desired.
