- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 slices white bread
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2/3 c. sweet pepper, chopped
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 green sweet peppers
Directions

1Mix ground beef, onion, 2/3 cup chopped pepper and cooked rice.

2Add crumbled bread and tomato juice; mix well.

3Take seeds out of the 8 sweet peppers and drop peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and fill with ground beef mixture.

4Put in a large pot with lid and pour ketchup over top of peppers.

5Add 1/2 cup of tomato juice to pot.

6Cover and cook 2 hours in oven at 350°. Uncover and cook 30

7minutes.
