- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Then add eggs and stir in sugar, cooking oil, salt and flour.

3Stir until batter is well mixed.

4Let set on countertop overnight, then the next morning, roll out dough on floured board about 1/2-inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter.

5Place rolls in greased pan; cover with a clean cloth and let rise while at church or about 3/4 hour.

6Bake in 400° oven until golden brown.

7This recipe makes about 18 rolls.
