- 4 medium green peppers
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 3 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut off tops and insides of green peppers.

2Parboil in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain.

3Brown the beef and onion; drain fat.

4Add 1 cup spaghetti sauce, rice, taco seasoning, pepper and diced green pepper reserved from tops. Spoon meat mixture into pepper shell.

5Pour remaining 2 cups spaghetti sauce over peppers.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake, covered, at 350° for 1/2 hour.

8Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until tops are brown.
