Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. peanut butter
  • 6 oz. Hershey bar or 4 small bars
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Mix together eggs, vanilla, sugar and oil.

    Beat well. Add flour, milk and baking powder to rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into jellyroll pan (well-greased) and bake for 25 minutes at 300° to 350°.

    While still hot, spread peanut butter on top. Cool in refrigerator.

    Melt Hershey bar with 2 tablespoons oil.

    Spread on cooled cake.
