Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Cook until thick. Set aside.

    In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and soda.

    Beat together eggs and sour cream and add to cocoa mixture.

    Mix dry and wet ingredients together.

    Grease and flour cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 20 - 22 minutes. Frost.
